Research Ethics Policies

Research Ethics Policies

In order to guarantee that original research that demonstrates academic quality and scientific rigour is published in the International Journal of Clinical Studies and Medical Case Reports (IJCMCR), as well as that all necessary consents and approvals as peer standard norms have been obtained from the relevant authorities for the authors to publish their research work, the journal has adopted publication policies. These publication rules adhere to the Committee on Publication Ethics' (COPE) recommendations and, in the event of a problem, use COPE processes for reviewing claims of research misconduct.

Ethical Considerations Regarding Article Submission

When writers submit a work to International Journal of Clinical Studies and Medical case Reports (IJCMCR), it is assumed that

1. The manuscript's content is original, and we have an author certificate and ethical statement in this respect. It hasn't been published or accepted for publication anywhere, in whole or in part, save from brief abstracts, communications, or conference proceedings.
2. At this time, no portion of the text is being considered for publication elsewhere;
3. The final version of the submitted paper has been reviewed by all authors, who have also signed the ethical statement form.
4. The statement has been inserted in the MS by the authors, who have, if required, received permission from their employers or universities to publish.
5. Any copyrighted content, such as a figure from another publication, has been granted permission to be used in print and electronic formats, with attribution to the original source; moreover, no image manipulation has taken place outside of the CLIP principles.

According to the COPE flowchart, complaints that these principles have not been followed will be looked at.
